AI integration services

AI integration services for existing products and workflows

We connect AI to a defined task in your product or business workflow, with clear access limits, human review, and tests before launch. Our toolkit includes Lovable, Webflow, Claude, and Ploy.

What an AI integration covers

  • A connection to the data and systems the task needs, limited to the access the project agrees.
  • An AI-assisted step inside the workflow, with its inputs and outputs defined.
  • Human review and correction, so a person accepts or changes each proposed result.
  • Permission checks and failure handling for missing data, denied access, or an unavailable service.

How a project runs

  1. Define the task, the data it needs, the systems involved, and who reviews the results.
  2. Build the integration around the agreed workflow, then test the journey and the AI output.
  3. Deploy the agreed integration and agree handover and support before release.

Questions about AI integrations

An AI integration connects an AI model to a defined task inside an existing product or business workflow. It might draft a reply, summarize a record, or suggest a next step from data your team already holds. The project defines what the integration reads, what it changes, and which actions need a person to approve them.

We separate suggestions from actions. Required fields, access checks, and record changes follow ordinary software rules, not instructions in a prompt. Any step that sends a message, deletes data, or changes a shared record needs a named person to approve it.

We test the user journey and the AI output separately. The journey tests check that permitted people can complete the task and that restricted information stays restricted. The output tests use realistic examples and define what counts as a usable result, including what happens when the evidence is insufficient.

Agree who controls the connected accounts, credentials, and model usage before launch. Fixes, further changes, hosting, and external service charges are set in the project agreement. Ownership and support terms depend on the project scope.
