SEO Content Writer (English & German)

Kings Landing is a growth + development agency. We build apps and websites with AI-native tools and make them grow through search — in Google and in AI assistants. We are a small, senior team that works side by side with AI agents every day.

As SEO Content Writer you work only on BauBau, a platform for construction jobs and renovation services in Austria. BauBau helps construction workers find jobs near them and connects people with renovation services. Its Construction Diary product lets a site supervisor photograph a construction site while AI writes the legally required daily log.

Everything you write is about the construction industry: trades, jobs, salaries, renovation services and daily work on site. Your readers are construction workers looking for work and construction companies running projects in Austria, so your copy has to use the words they use. Accuracy matters more than volume — you never invent facts, figures or claims.

• Job and salary pages for construction trades across Austrian towns and all 23 Vienna districts, in German (Austrian) and English
• Construction and renovation service pages
• Content explaining Construction Diary to construction companies

• Write and edit SEO content for BauBau in German and English from briefs and keyword research
• Write and quality-check copy for programmatic page templates, making sure each page has real, unique value
• Structure content for AI assistants: answer-first sections, clear headings, FAQs
• Write titles, meta descriptions and internal links
• Localize content for Austria, using correct Austrian German and construction terminology
• Verify facts against source data and leave gaps visible instead of guessing
• Use AI tools to speed up research and drafting, and edit the output to a publishable standard

• Fluent written English
• Fluent written German
• Experience writing SEO content (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links)
• Strong editing skills and attention to factual accuracy
• Experience using AI tools for writing, with the judgment to correct them
• Ability to follow a brief and a style guide consistently

• Experience writing for the construction industry (trades, jobs, building or renovation)
• Knowledge of Austrian German and Austrian construction terminology
• Experience with programmatic or templated content at scale
• Experience working in a CMS such as Webflow or Ploy
• Basic knowledge of Google Search Console
